I hope this letter finds you in the preparation stage for regionals and I wanted to send some information to you regarding some of the specifics of the meet.

DATE: March 1^st

PLACE: Clyde Junior High School

FEE: $30 per lifter (Checks to: Case Harvey Region I THSWPA ) You will get a receipt for the required fees.

PAPERWORK: ELIGIBILITY FORM found on website (steroid affidavit and second eligibility form required for state meet)

WEIGH IN: Friday-5 pm -7:30 pm

Saturday-7 am-8:30 am

MEALS: Coaches Lunch provided. 1-2 Lifters=1 lunch ticket

3 and up=2 lunch tickets

Lifters:$6 meal deal will be available from Clyde Booster Club

Direction for meet and weigh-in:

Traveling East on I-20 exit #299 (Hays Rd.) then right on Hays rd. traveling past High School. Cross railroad tracks then left at stop sign onto F.M. 18. East to next stop sign , turn right at that stop sign and then another right onto 2^nd street. After that turn you will see junior high on the left. After turning into that parking lot, travel to the end of it before it curves to left and junior high gym is on west end of school.
